WHO ARE WE?
CAV “Mamma Nina” Help center for Life is a voluntary association based in Carpi, Italy, which was born in order to help those women or couples undecided whether to continue with their pregnancy due to difficulties, once discovered their condition.
Our main aim is to avoid situations where the choice whether to continue with the pregnancy or not is experienced in loneliness and hopelessness and to prevent therefore in this way a voluntary termination of it. The association’s efforts are directed towards a promotion and a safeguard of human life from its very conception, with the firm conviction that the conceived is unrepeatable and that a new existence is a unique gift .
Inspired by human solidarity, dignity and the primacy of the human person, Cav listens to all those women and those families in difficulty when faced with the arrival of a child.
Carpi’s Help center for Life is named after Mamma Nina Saltini, founder of the Casa della Divina Provvidenza community, which was responsible for the recovery from the roads of numerous young girls and children.

The telephone number 338-2854271 is active 24 hours a day with the possibility to fix an appointment with Cav volunteers and receive support and listening.
Warehouse
The warehouse where the early childhood items are collected, reordered and redistributed with much care. This service has gotten even more structured and functional thanks to the close collaboration with the Parish Caritas’.

Courses
Paths of affective education called «Tu sei prezioso», which are proposed to first grade and secondary schools, hence promoting a culture of Life value.
